Your information should feel like yours.

Covarify collects the information you choose to provide. If you connect an institution through Plaid, the initial approved product is Transactions, which supplies connected account, balance, and transaction information for your Money Picture and decision support.

Disconnecting immediately revokes the Plaid Item, destroys its encrypted access token, and stops future synchronization. Historical financial data remains until you request full account deletion so your existing Money Picture and decision history remain accurate.

Full account deletion immediately disables your account and disconnects every institution. Financial data and synchronization records are removed within 30 days. Encrypted backups expire within 35 days. Limited consent, deletion, security, and legally required records may remain. Read exactly what account deletion means.
